Shipping

The shipping method and its cost are shown before you pay, in the "Delivery" step of checkout. This page lists the methods that are active in the store right now.

How shipping is charged

  • Each seller ships its own items separately. If your cart has items from several sellers, shipping is charged once per seller.
  • The cost of each method is shown in the "Delivery" step before payment and appears in the order summary.
  • What you pay is the total you see in the review step.

Coverage and delivery time

If no shipping method is available for an address, checkout tells you there and the order is not placed.

Each seller states the delivery time of its offer, shown next to that offer on the product page, for example "Ships in about 3 business days". Each shipping method also has its description in the list above. Hamina promises no other timeframe.

Tracking a shipment

  1. Open My orders

    Sign in and pick the order from "My orders". Each order is only visible to the account that placed it.

  2. Check the status

    The order status, such as "Paid", "Shipped" or "Delivered", is at the top of the order page. Once a shipment is recorded, its tracking code appears there too.
