How to buy

Buying at Hamina has two starts and one finish: find the product yourself, or get help from the assistant. After that, the cart and checkout are the same for both.

Way one: I find the product myself

  1. Find the product

    Type a product or brand into the search at the top, or start from the categories on the home page. In the list you can filter by price, seller, warranty, delivery time and stock.

  2. Read the product page

    Price in toman, stock, specifications, seller, warranty, condition and delivery time of each offer are on the product page. If several sellers have the product, pick the offer you want.

  3. Compare if you are unsure

    Add up to three products to compare their specifications side by side.

  4. Add to cart

    The add-to-cart button puts the product in your cart. You can change the quantity in the cart.

Way two: I get help from the assistant

The assistant does not place orders or take payment. The decision and the purchase are yours.

  1. Describe what you need

    On the home page or the assistant page, write what you want, for example "a light laptop for programming".

  2. Adjust the criteria

    The assistant shows what it understood, such as category, budget or use. Remove or change anything that is wrong.

  3. See suggestions with reasons

    Suggestions only come from Hamina's products in stock, and each reason comes from the product's real specifications, price and stock. Open a suggestion to go to its product page and continue as in way one.

Placing the order and paying

  1. Sign in

    Guest checkout is off. Sign in with a code sent to your mobile, or with email and password. If you have no account, create one on the same page.

  2. Check the cart

    Prices are in toman and include tax. You can change the quantity of each item here.

  3. Address and shipping

    Pick a saved address or enter a new one, then choose a shipping method. Its cost is shown before you pay.

  4. Payment method and review

    Choose a payment method, review the order summary and press "Place order and pay".

  5. Payment confirmation

    An order is only final once payment is confirmed. After that, the order and its status appear in "My orders".
