Returns

You file a return request from the order page in your account. The Hamina team reviews it and the result is shown on that same page.

Returns policy

Hamina has not published its return deadline, acceptance conditions and exceptions yet. Until then you can still file a request, and each request is reviewed individually.

Filing a request

  1. Open the order

    Sign in and open the order from "My orders".

  2. Write the reason

    For an order that is paid, shipped or delivered, each item has a return form. Write a clear reason, up to 500 characters, and submit it.

  3. Review

    The Hamina team reviews the request. Filing a request does not by itself mean the return is accepted or that money is refunded.

  4. See the result

    The request status is shown under the item on the order page: "Awaiting review", "Approved" or "Rejected". If you have a question, ask through the contact form with your order code.
