1. Scope

These terms apply to anyone who visits the Hamina store, creates an account or places an order.

2. Account

• You need an account and must be signed in to place an order.
• The details in your account and addresses must be correct; orders are shipped to that name and address.
• Keep your password and login codes to yourself.

3. Products, sellers and prices

• Products are offered by Hamina and approved suppliers. The seller, warranty, condition and stated delivery time of each offer are on the product page.
• Prices are in toman and include tax. Each order is based on the price and details shown when that order was placed.
• Stock can change until the order is placed; if an item runs out, you are told before paying.

4. Placing and confirming an order

• An order is final once its payment is confirmed.
• Shipping is shown separately from the product price, before payment.
• The status of every order is shown in "My orders".

6. Shopping assistant

• The assistant's suggestions are guidance drawn from Hamina's products in stock. The buying decision is yours.
• Before buying, check price, stock, warranty and specifications on the product page itself; if they differ from the assistant's text, the product page applies.

7. Customer reviews

• Your rating and review are published on the product page with the display name you choose.
• Hamina may hide reviews that are unrelated to the product or abusive.
