Warranty
Not every Hamina product has the same warranty. The seller of each offer states its warranty, and that text is the source for that product's warranty.
Where to find the warranty
- On each product page, next to each offer, you see the seller's name, the warranty text and the condition.
- If a product has offers from different sellers, their warranties may differ. Read the warranty of the offer you choose before adding it to the cart.
- If an offer shows no warranty, no warranty has been stated for it.
After you buy
The items of each order are on its order page in your account. The terms and the way to use a warranty are set by the warranty provider named in the warranty text.
I have a question or a problem
- Before buying: in the contact form pick "Before buying" and include the product name.
- After buying: pick "After-sales service" and include the order code.
